Customer Support / Project Support

Responsibilities: 

  • To help and support customer users to resolve issues with service mind
  • Co-ordinate with partner’s support team
  • Test new or enhancement programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, accounting, industrial engineering or other related fields
  • Experience in ERP software business will be an advantage
  • Service mind, Good attitude, Good problem solving and Analytical skills
  • Fast learner and self motivated
  • Good command of written and spoken in English

Sales & Marketing / Tele-Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality ONLY.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
  • At least 1 year working experience in telemarketing, marketing.
  • At least 1 year working experience in software industry.
  • Handle all related with sales jobs; Lead generation, Build pipeline, Sales document, Sales close, etc.
  • Having knowledge and able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivation and Proactive.
  • Good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

  • To expand and maintain CRM database.
  • To responsible for finding prospects and lead generation.
  • To gather all requirement from prospect.
  • To prepare all sales document; quotation, proposal, agreement, etc.

Functional Consultant (Manufacturing / Distribution and Financials)

Responsibilities:

  • Leads implementation project activities include face to face client meetings for requirements analysis and definition, configuration of software, enhancement design, conference room pilots, testing, training and go-live support for client.
  • Leads implementation efforts for multiple projects in varying phases of implementation simultaneously.
  • Manage project scope of works
  • Works within overall project plan and schedule.
  • Ensures that all implementation methodology deliverables are complete and on-time
  • Generates timely project status, time, and expense reports as requested by management

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality ONLY  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, IT or other related fields.
  • Manufacturing backgrounds and ERP implementation experience will be advantage
  • Positive, can-do and teamwork attitudes
  • Quick learner and committed in self-study
  • Energetic, proactive and highly responsible in assigned tasks
  • Good command of spoken and written English

.NET Application Programmer

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports customized programs and reports
  • Participates in the business requirements gathering process for client customizations
  • Participates in customization design sessions with the client and project team
  • Assists in preparing test case and test scenarios and overseeing client user acceptance testing
  • Works within overall project plan and schedule
  • Ensures that all implementation methodology deliverables are complete and on-time
  • Generates timely project status, time, and expense reports as requested by management

Qualification

  • Thai Nationality ONLY
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or other related fields.
  • Demonstrable skills in following Scripting/Programming languages: VB, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, PHP, etc.
  • Positive, can-do and teamwork attitudes
  • Energetic, proactive and highly responsible in assigned tasks
  • Solid understanding of Relational Database and good command of SQL Query language
  • Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Crystal Reporting Tools.
  • Manufacturing backgrounds and ERP implementation experience will be advantage
